For 60 years I have been a big fan of dishmaster. They provide an economical and eco friendly way of doing dishes without the wait or waste.
I bought a replacement tank after my original one got a hole in the corner.
Replacement tank is the same as original. The corner “bumpers “ are the same as ones you put on furniture corners, they don’t really fit on tank well.
I have used Dishmaster products for over 40 years. The detergent tank for the sapphire series is made of the cheapest plastic possible. A clear departure from their usual quality. I've had the M65 for over 5 years and have replaced the tank almost yearly. For the price we pay for it, it should be better quality. You end up with one corner cracking flooding the uber sink with soapy water. What a mess
We're sorry that you've had trouble with your detergent tank. While we see that you ordered various other items over the years since purchasing your M65 in 2015, our system doesn't show any orders for replacement tank(s) until May 2021 and then again in June of this year. This same detergent tank has been sent out with our faucets for more than 20 years now with very little issue. We have looked into the possibility of a thicker walled container, but the enormous quantity (literally a truck load) that we are required to purchase at one time prevents us from being able to do so as a small business. I've had this same detergent tank in my home since 2013. We did have it leak one time when I dropped it after filling & cracked a corner, but we keep anything liquid under our sink stored in a large aluminum baking tray. It helps to keep things organized, but more importantly it captured the leak & kept it from spreading into the cabinet base. You might try something similar in your home.
