All orders are shipped from Mitchell, Indiana 47446, United States
WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?
Shipping days are Monday through Friday. We do not ship on Weekends or Holidays. Most orders ship no later than the next workday.
HOW SOON WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?
You will be presented with shipping options during checkout. Delivery times shown are supplied by the carrier and the delivery time will be based upon your selection. Delivery days are based on the carrier's business days for that particular service.
Once the carrier takes possession of the package, responsibility for the shipment is the carrier's. If your delivery time is critical, check with the carrier BEFORE making your shipping method selection.

- UPS - United Parcel Service
- DHL - Pickup is not reliable in our area. Therefore, delivery times from DHL are not reliable and are not guaranteed.
Natural and man-made disasters can delay delivery to your location. At their busiest times and/or times of labor shortages, carriers may utilize subcontractors or hand off packages to the USPS for final delivery.
HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
If you provide an email address, the shipping confirmation email that you receive will include the carrier's tracking number. Click on the tracking number to see the shipping status. You will need to allow enough time for the carrier get the shipment into their system before tracking is active.
We do not have any better information than what you can access directly by checking the status of the tracking number.
IS MY DELIVERY TIME GUARANTEED?
Available shipping methods are shown in the shopping cart and during checkout. During checkout any guaranteed service is indicated as "GUARANTEED". Guaranteed service may include Saturday delivery. Click these links to confirm.
At their busiest times near holidays, carriers may suspend their money-back guarantee refund policy. Check with the carrier for current details. View the carrier's service details on the carrier's website:
WHAT ABOUT INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS?
All other shipping information is applicable except:
NON-US SHIPMENTS are Delivered at Place (DAP) Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU). Duty, VAT, GST, HST, PST, etc are not included in the final price and may be collected directly from you at Customs. We do NOT currently ship to EU countries.
WHAT IF MY SHIP-TO LOCATION IS NOT SECURE?
If your package is shipping to an non-secure location:
- Consider shipping to a different address where there is less risk of theft.
- Arrange for someone to be at the delivery location on the scheduled delivery day.
WHAT IF MY PACKAGE IS LOST?
Carriers may scan packages as "delivered" when they place your package on their truck. USPS may scan packages as "delivered" when they place your package in their truck or mailbag. If your regular mail has not yet been delivered then the carrier has probably not yet been to your location with your package.
Please review this check list. Most often it is one of the first three items:
- See if someone else at your location accepted the delivery
- Look around the delivery location to see if the carrier concealed the package
- See if it was delivered to a neighbor by mistake
- Look for a notice of attempted delivery
- Verify your shipping address
- Contact the carrier's local office or the carrier's driver
