For over a year we had a problem with the our diverter knob sticking in the up position. In other words, after we pulled the diverter knob up in order to have water come out the wand, after turning the water off, the diverter knob would not drop. This problem continued even after removing the diverter assembly and lubricating it with plumber's grease several times. After installing new diverter seals the problem has been solved. We've been using the new seals now for about 3 weeks and it has dropped every time after turning off the water.

I have replaced the seals on the flush mount style a few times but the valve keeps sticking open and its a regular joke to see who leaves it up next to spray water everywhere. Only 2 years old. Had these all my life and non of them ever kept sticking open like this. I guess I,ll have to call up there when I have time to see what else I can do to fix it.
