There are rare occasions when the waterway can become obstructed and restrict the water flow. Some examples:
- Water supply lines were not proper flushed when installing the faucet
- Your municipality made water line repairs
- Your fire department flushed hydrants
- Your well was stirred up after a hard rain or other disturbance
The most likely location for the obstruction is the waterway between the cartridges. The cartridges must be removed and the waterway cleared.
