Did the trick.

Cold water valve kept acting up, changed cartridge, then bib washers. Opted to replace seats and fixed issue. Old seat looked like it had a small ding-like mark on it. May or may not have the culprit but replacing it has made a world if difference and the videos made it very manageable.
