      Dish master rocks!
      Hi Jim, the secret to the hose not staying up is to pull out more than you actually need so that there is enough hose that it droops between the wand and the countertop. Regarding 'gets caught', take a look under the sink and see what the hose is catching on. Reroute it as necessary.
