TS6 - Knob falls off, is loose or spins around

If a knob, either mixer or diverter, becomes loose or falls off:

  • Unscrew the lever from the knob
  • If the set screw remains in the lever, unscrew it from the lever
  • Position the knob on the faucet
  • Screw the set screw into the knob and very firmly tighten with a 2.5mm hex key
  • Screw the lever onto the set screw
