We have had Dishmaster's for over fifty years. Don't know why it takes you so long to send it out a small piece like the valve. It did the job

I had the pleasure of working with Chris from Dishmaster, and he was incredibly helpful in resolving a persistent leak I had been dealing with for some time. After walking me through a teardown of the unit, we discovered that remnants from an old grommet were preventing the new valve from forming a proper seal. Chris quickly identified the issue, helped me get the exact parts I needed, and clearly explained how to install everything properly. My only frustration is that I didn’t reach out to him sooner—his guidance made what had been a frustrating problem easy to fix.
