We Love our Dishmaster and love we can get parts quickly!!!

When we remodeled our kitchen almost eight years ago we kept it in theme with our 1940’s CA Ranch House. Of course it needed a wall mounted Dishmaster Imperial Four. Our water is outrageously hard and even though I do soak the aerator in vinegar it gets clogged up with limescale. Super happy I can order replacements. It was shipped quickly and very well packaged. Still think we have the coolest kitchen in the neighborhood!!

We haven't seen your kitchen, but suspect you're right...coolest in the neighborhood! Thanks for your orders!

Broke

When I purchased my Dishmaster 2000 five years ago, I purchased this swivel sprayer at the same time and loved it...until it broke two weeks ago. I can honestly say there was not any abuse to it, just normal usage, but one day it stopped going from spray to single stream and then two days later the bottom part just fell off and we cannot reattach. I am purchasing another but I will say that I am disappointed with it.

Hi Roberta, sorry to hear your aerator failed. That's not a Dishmaster product, so not covered under our warranty policy. However it is covered by the manufacturer, Niagara Conservation, for 10 years. Please contact them at 888-513-3005 or visit amconservationgroup.com, they'll take care of you.
Thanks for your purchases!
