Never had any complaints until the black brush became made of really soft bristles. Through the years it was really tough. The recent model "flattened" out really quickly. Now I have three choices. White for daily use (at least in our household), orange for scrubbing. Probably won't use the black much. Would prefer one black, two white and one orange. Or I will just buy white separately in the future. P.S. Service and product support are amazing (not that I have had to use them much).
