brushes are great

Not as good today

Included brushes with another order to help with shipping costs and am very disappointed that the current produc seems to be less well made than in the past. Appears that the black nylon bristles are both softer and less dense leaving the unit pretty whimpy as a cleaning tool

We have inspected our inventory and found no issues with the brushes. Have you tried the white brushes which are stiffer than the black?

Black brushes

They work well but could be a little stiffer.

The white brushes are stiffer than the black brushes and the orange brushes is even stiffer than the white.
