Difficult to install and doesn't work smoothlhy

I have the M65 Saphire and I wonder if this part fits the M70 model better? It is difficult to install correctly. And the spout does not swivel smoothly or easily. I installed it exactly according to instructions. The spout does swivel and there is no leaking, but it appears that the retainer ring, seat, or o-rings might be just a little too thick to operate smoothly in this M65 model.

You have advised in the past that you have a very high mineral content in your water. Make certain all contaminates have been cleaned from both the spout and the body. Make certain the screw is properly aligned with the hole in the retainer and that the screw was backed off the proper amount. Apply silicone (plumber's) grease before assembly. If all this has been done correctly, and you are convinced the seat is too thick, you can remove a small amount from the face(s) without harm but don't over do it.
