      All orders are shipped from Mitchell, Indiana, United States

      WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?

      Shipping days are Monday through Friday. We do not ship on weekends or Holidays.

      Most orders ship same business day if received, and authorized, no later than:

      • 3:00PM EST - USPS all services
      • 2:00PM EST - UPS all services
      • 12:00PM EST - DHL all services

      HOW SOON WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?

      You will be presented with shipping options during checkout. Delivery time will be based upon your selection.

      Delivery days are based on the carrier's business days. Once the carrier takes possession of the package, responsibility for the shipment is the carrier's. We do not have any better information than what you can access directly by checking the status of the tracking number.

      Delivery times shown at checkout are supplied by the carrier. If your delivery time is critical, check with the carrier BEFORE making your shipping method selection. Natural and man-made disasters can delay delivery to your location. At their busiest times and/or times of labor shortages, carriers may utilize subcontractors or hand off packages to the USPS for final delivery.

      HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

      The shipping confirmation email that you receive will include the carrier's tracking number. Click on the tracking number to see the shipping status. You will need to allow enough time for the carrier get the shipment into their system before tracking is active.

      We do not have any better information than what you can access directly by checking the status of the tracking number.

      IS MY DELIVERY TIME GUARANTEED?

      Services are guaranteed by the carrier with these exceptions:

      • USPS: 1st Class, Priority Mail, all International services
      • UPS: no exceptions
      • DHL: all services

      WHAT ABOUT INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS?

      All other shipping information is applicable except:

      Your order is shipped delivery duty unpaid (DDU). Duty, VAT, GST, HST, PST, other similar taxes or fees are not included in the final price and may be collected at Customs.

      The "Signature Required" option is not available for international shipping.

      WHAT IF MY SHIP-TO LOCATION IS NOT SECURE?

      If your package is shipping to an non-secure location:

      • Consider shipping to a different address where there is less risk of theft.
      • If you want the carrier to hand the package to someone rather than just leave it at your mail box, front door, etc.: purchase Signature Required from the Accessories menu (US locations ONLY). Warning: This will delay delivery if no one is home to sign for the package.

      WHAT IF MY PACKAGE IS LOST?

      Please review this check list. Most often it is one of the first three items:

      Some Postal Carriers scan packages as "delivered" when they place your package in their bag or on their truck. If your regular mail has not yet been delivered then the carrier has probably not yet been to your location with your package.

      • See if some else at your location accepted the delivery
      • Look around the delivery location to see if the carrier concealed the package
      • See if it was delivered to a neighbor by mistake
      • Look for a notice of attempted delivery
      • Verify your shipping address
      • Contact the carrier's local office or the carrier's driver
