These parts allow the detergent solution to enter the water stream. If detergent will not dispense, clean or replace these parts if you have already followed all these steps and the problem persists:

You have backflushed: M76 or M2000, M70, M65
The tank is clean
All hose connections are correct

My only problem is the brass, for lack of better term, clamp does not work well. It is smaller and the red button does not make a solid connection. I've replaced the unit thinking I had messed up the brass holder. Brass thing that holds the spring is not as big as it used to be. Unit does work. Hope you understand my description. I do love my dishmaster.

Thank you for getting back to us with your results: 'Fixed in a few minutes. It was plugged. Stuff came out'. It is important to back flush on a regular basis. How often depends on how strong you mix the detergent to water ratio, water conditions, frequency of use, etc. Most of the time, not getting detergent from the brush is caused by a lack of back flushing rather than parts having gone bad.

Just what we needed

This part fixed our faucet. Instead of buying a new faucet we replaced this part so we can continually using our beloved dish master.

I've had my dishmaster for 40 years through 2 apartments & 4 houses. Still works great - I just keep replacing parts as needed
