Return Policy

RETURNS

A return goods authorization (RGA) must be requested no more than 30-days from the delivery date as determined by the tracking number. Returns received without a return authorization will NOT be accepted.

The return must be received within 15-days of the date the RGA was issued.

There is a 10% minimum restocking fee on returns.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. The cost of items received damaged, materially different than originally shipped, missing parts, etc, will be deducted from the refund.

Shipping charges are not refundable.

This policy is not a substitute for Warranty Coverage. For more detail, please review our Limited Manufacturer's Warranty.

EXCHANGES

We will exchange an item if it is unused, undamaged and in the original undamaged packaging. The cost of items received damaged, materially different than originally shipped, missing parts, etc, will be deducted from the exchange refund.

You are responsible for shipping charges both ways.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Non-returnable items: Gift cards, Clearance items

ITEM GOES ON SALE AFTER PURCHASE

If an item you purchased from us goes on sale in our store within 7-days of the date of purchase, we will refund the difference if you contact us prior to the end of the sale.

RETURN PROCESS

Contact us for a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number. Email sales@dishmasterfaucet.com or call 1-800-521-9234. The RGA# authorizes you to return your item(s) and puts us on notice to expect a package from you.

Make a copy of your receipt or proof of purchase. Enclose the receipt or proof of purchase and the RGA number with the item(s) you are returning.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

You should consider using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

REFUND

Once your return is received and inspected, We will notify you if the return is rejected.

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. We will notify you via email if you have provided us with your email address..

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at sales@dishmasterfaucet.com.

Gifts:

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and was shipped directly to you, egift card will be emailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he/she will find out about your return.
